Job Location: Claremont, CA

Lucky Feet Shoes is a unique specialty footwear retailer. We have nine locations in Southern California. We offer a personalized foot analysis for each of our customers to help them find the best options for their footwear and arch support needs. We are rapidly expanding and in need of a retail store manager for our new location in Claremont.
**Responsibilities**:
- Daily transaction reviews for accuracy
- Staff training & development
- Goal setting and achievement
- HR
- Customer dispute resolution
- Inventory tracking
- Daily sales
- Daily communication with upper management
- Special marketing events and health fairs
- Local medical marketing
We are seeking someone who can take “ownership” of the store. The Manager will be responsible for many aspects of daily store operations. This position is a “selling” manager’s position. You will be responsible for achieving personal sales goals and store sales goals.
**Qualifications**:
- 2 + years of management experience with a proven track record in exceeding store sales goals, preferably in retail, big ticket, and hourly plus commission sales environments.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- High energy, enthusiastic, and motivated demeanor.
- Performance driven and team-focused attitude.
- Ability to work any day of the week as well as most weekends and some holidays. Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 10-7 & Sunday 11-6.
- Excellent motivational and training skills.
