Laser Hair Removal Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform laser hair removal and IPL to enhance the appearance of clients
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their desired outcomes and develop personalized treatment plans
- Preform Laser Hair Removal and IPL in a safe and precise manner, following all industry guidelines and best practices
- Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation of treatments performed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the field of laser hair removal and IPL
**Requirements**:
- Valid certification or license as a Laser Professional/ Laser Hair Removal Technician
- Proven experience in performing laser hair removal and IPL, with a strong portfolio of successful treatments
- In-depth knowledge of procedures, safety, and benefits
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
**Skills**:
- Hospitality experience, providing exceptional customer service in a professional setting
- Knowledge of salon software systems, such as Millennium, for scheduling and client management
- Familiarity with other beauty services, such as barbering, deep tissue massage, hair threading, nail care, or retail sales in a salon or spa environment
- Strong guest services skills, ensuring a positive experience for every client
