Ob/gyn Medical Receptionist/ Front Office

We are seeking a medical front office associate to become a part of our team. You will perform routine front office administrative assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check in patients for their appointment
- Schedule patient appointments
- Confirm patient insurance information is correct and up to date
- Collect co-payments and deductibles
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Assist with office procedures

Qualifications:

- Prior customer service experience appreciated
- Ability to communicate with patients in a clear and friendly manner
- Demonstrate a positive and team focused attitude

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

- High school or equivalent (required)
