**Compensation: $50,000 to $70,000 per year based on experience**

**Franchised Kenworth Truck dealer in Jacksonville FL, full service dealership offering sales, part’s, service, and body shop.**

We have just moved into a new 56,000 sq. ft. building and we are growing our service work/team in NE Florida. KWJAX is looking for additional Service Writers for our Leasing Division to help our SVC manager continue to grow the Jacksonville market. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and experience with Automotive Dealerships. The position will direct customer service priorities through our existing triage team and a very talented mainline technician group.

We have dedicated significant resources to enhancing our operation through technology, training, and talented people.

**PRIMARY DUTIES**
- Operational management of the Customer intake and comunication.
- Develop and grow relationships with customers
- Communicate with customers options for uptime
- Open and Close RO's

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 3-5 years working in a franchised dealership
- Must be detailed oriented, organized, determined, ambitious, and a “team player”
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Essential Duties include but are not limited to the following.

Other duties may be assigned.
- Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
- Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
- Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.
- Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
- Advises customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
- Coordinates with required departments for completing scheduling and required service repairs.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
