**YOUR DAY TO DAY AS AN ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OR DIRECTOR MEDICAL AFFAIRS**:
As the Medical Affairs Associate Director/Director at Beacon Therapeutics, you will play a vital role in fostering relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and study investigators. Your expertise will shine as you represent our company at prestigious scientific and patient conferences, driving awareness of our innovative biotech solutions. Leading cross-functional projects, you will collaborate with diverse teams to achieve impactful outcomes that benefit both our organization and the greater scientific community. **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OR DIRECTOR MEDICAL AFFAIRS**:
Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating effectively with internal teams, along with proven skills in time management and thoughtful relationship management both internally and externally, are key attributes required for this position.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

- Strong Medical Affairs process experience to include leading Advisory Boards
- Knowledgeable in ophthalmology and/or retina therapeutic area
- Experienced in mid/ late-stage product development at a small company
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Expertise in presenting clinical data and answering challenging questions
- Works collaboratively with internal teams
- Experienced leading
- Time management
- Thoughtful relationship management internally and externally
