**Job Summary**:
Boat Detailers will report to the Marina Manager and assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Detail Department. In this position, you will be part of a team that specializes in the detailing of most makes and models of boats. As a boat detailer at Goodhue Boat Company, you will ensure our customers receive an impeccably detailed boat - inside and out.

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Clean boats according to company standards or client specifications, which may include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors.
- Operating steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
- Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of boats.
- Keeping a clean and organized work area.
- Other duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous auto detailing experience a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to ascend and descend a ladder.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

**Schedule**:

- Flexible Schedule
- Monday-Friday + Weekends (5 days per week)
- Monday-Friday in off-peak season

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
