Job Overview: Bistro Supervisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, culinary knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and profitability
- Utilize Aloha POS system to process orders and manage transactions

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within the food service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation processes
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS system is preferred
