Male - Behavioral Health Technician - Day/afternoon

Part time & full time Behavioral Health Tecs position at Alina Lodge in Blairstown, New Jersey.

Job duties include:

- Creating a customer-friendly environment consistent with Alina Lodge care model
- Monitor and be accountable for all members of the community
- Assure they are safely accounted for where they are supposed to be, on time, and in compliance with Alina Lodge rules and regulations
- Report verbally and in writing any unusual mental or physical behavior among the students to the person in charge and appropriate clinical staff
- Act upon emergency situations until the proper supervision assistance can be obtained
- Be a visible and present representative of the staff that will deter negative behavior
- Redirect negative behavior and report negative behavior
- Objectively prioritize and manage tasks throughout the day independently, and manage the guest population in all areas of daily routine
- Assist with any and all general operations of the day to day function of the Lodge, as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
