**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Consultation**: Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks, providing recommendations and solutions to enhance security posture.
- **Policy Development**: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Risk Assessment**: Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities, and proposing remediation strategies.
- **Training and Awareness**: Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs to educate employees on security best practices and compliance requirements.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain documentation related to cybersecurity processes, procedures, and incident response plans.
- **Facilitation**: Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions related to cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring productive collaboration and alignment among stakeholders.
- **Presentation Development**: Prepare and deliver presentations on cybersecurity topics to internal teams, executives, and clients as needed.
- **Incident Response**: Participate in incident response activities, including investigation, analysis, and resolution of security incidents and breaches.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices, and recommend enhancements to existing security measures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent certification preferred.
- Atleast 5 years of relevant experience is required.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards, and best practices, including FedRamp and NIST.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with incident response and handling security incidents is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a hypergrowth environment, with a proactive and positive attitude towards challenges.
