**Hotel Night Auditor Starting At $21.00/hour**

- **The starting rate of pay is $21.00 per hour with opportunities for pay increases after 90 days and 1 year of employment.**_

The hotel is looking for skilled individuals to join our Front Desk Team as a Night Auditor to register guests, manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates and amenities. You’ll be the face of our hotel and responsible for our customers’ experiences. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Confirm group reservations
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

**About the North Conway Grand Hotel**

Located in the heart of the White Mountains, the North Conway Grand Hotel is the finest resort in North Conway. Summer and Winter, guests can enjoy an unforgettable vacation without ever leaving the hotel grounds as we are the only hotel located directly at Settlers Green Outlets.

Guests can wake up to mountain views in the renovated rooms and suites, with charming New England inspired décor, custom designed furniture and marble baths. Guests can enjoy regional cuisine and craft cocktails in the Mountainside Restaurant and Tavern, relax by the heated indoor and outdoor pools and lounge on the sun desk with jaw-dropping scenery. Guests can also renew their senses in our spa, recharge in the fitness center, enjoy a family picnic by the pond or shopping at the Settlers Green next door. In addition, the hotel also offers 15,000 square feet of meeting and event space for groups of 10 to 1,000.
