**Position Summary**

Research inventory shortages for customer orders to ensure orders are shipped complete and on time.

**Responsibilities**
- Research inventory discrepancies in all modules in IRMS and in inventory module in FDM4.
- Prioritize work to meet shipping deadlines.
- Pick and pack found quantities into carton. Update pick detail in IRMS.
- Perform stock moves and replenishment as needed. Update moves in IRMS.
- Calculate quantity of inventory to be placed on hold to prevent additional order shortages. Update FDM4 work order.
- Record shortages and results of research on logs.
- Print packing lists from IRMS.
- Communicate with Inventory Control, Pick Ticket Office and Pick Leads regarding shortage issues and follow through on pending orders.
- Assure compliance with all related safety regulations.
- Serve as a member of the Distribution Center team, providing assistance as required.

**Qualifications**
- Data entry and retrieval.
- Use RF scanner to update IRMS.
- Good understanding of all IRMS modules and FDM4 inventory and order entry modules.
- Physical agility and stamina to stand, walk, bend and lift (up to 60 pounds).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Attention to detail. High requirement for thoroughness and persistence.
- Broad knowledge of Alpha Shirt merchandise and policies.
- Good organizational skills.
- Work well under pressure; able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision.
