**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment with precision and skill.
- Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including brewing stations, serving areas, and seating areas.
- Restock supplies as needed and ensure proper storage.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
- Engage with customers in a positive and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns with efficiency and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive work environment and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role, preferably in a coffee shop or café setting.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
