**Position Details**:

- Hourly role starting at $19.50 per hour ($26 per hour with relevant experience).
- Opportunity for approximately 200+ hours of overtime annually.
- Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 or 6 pm, with occasional Sundays during warmer months (5-7 per year). **NO SATURDAYS**

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to assess pest issues and identify affected areas
- Conduct property inspections to locate pest entry points and perform necessary exclusion work
- Set up monitoring stations to track pest activity and administer treatments as needed.
- Install and maintain rodent control devices
- Safely remove and dispose of deceased pests
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license (not provisional or suspended) with a clean record
- Willingness to undergo background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
- Ability to commute to Owings Mills, MD, for interviews and initial training (4-6 weeks). Stipend provided for travel.
- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with handheld devices and computers
- Physically capable of tasks including kneeling, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Adaptability to work in various environmental conditions and confined spaces

**Hiring Process**:
2. Phone interview (10-15 minutes)
