From inception to resolution, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in court. **Requirements**:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
- **At least 1-3 years of business litigation and transactional experience**.
- Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience, a plus.
- Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members.
- Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
