Retail Sales Associate

**Job Summary**:
As a FYEWEAR Mall Kiosk Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our unique eyewear products. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding the perfect pair of sunglasses or eyeglasses, and contribute to the overall success of our mall kiosk operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere at the FYEWEAR mall kiosk.
- Assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their style preferences and vision needs.
- Provide accurate information about our products, including features, materials, and pricing.
- Process sales transactions using POS systems and handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized kiosk environment, including displays and inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in the eyewear or fashion industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays is preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
