**Job Description** JOB DETAILS**

**Pay Range starts at $22-$40 per hour**

**1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead continuous improvement activities through effective associate involvement
- Train and provide coaching to associates on all aspects of production roles, including: new hires, cross-training, safety practices and procedures, quality requirements and control plans, standard work, etc.
- Ensure Safety, Quality Delivery and Cost (SQDC) metrics are achieved
- Provide leadership in the areas, of communication, conflict resolution, process constraints and problem solving
- Deploy, execute and train Lean Principles

**Qualifications**
- 2 to 4 year degree in any of the following: operations, leadership, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or supply chain. Will consider High school graduates with 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Previous experience in leading or supervising others is preferred
- Previous experience in leading or supervising others is preferred
- Manufacturing experience or equivalent preferred
- Solid skill set in the areas of, communication, constraint identification and appropriate problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to work and engage employees to participate in a vibrant world of continuous improvement and change with a competitive spirit that meets and beats our performance target
