We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team at Bakan Wynwood. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Assisting bartenders with stocking and replenishing bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
- Preparing and maintaining ingredients for cocktails, such as cutting fruit, squeezing citrus, and preparing syrups.
- Keeping the bar area clean and organized, including wiping down surfaces, clearing empty glasses, and disposing of trash.
- Monitoring inventory levels and notifying management of low stock or equipment issues.
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, taking orders, and delivering beverages in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with the bartending team to maintain a high standard of quality and consistency in beverage preparation.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a barback or similar role
- Knowledge of basic bartending techniques and cocktail ingredients is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
