As a Support Partner you will be providing direct support in partnership with people with disabilities, on a one-to-one basis, in their own homes and communities. Services include direct support in the form of community involvement and/or accommodation with all activities of daily living including personal care, communication, transportation and inclusive social and recreational activities.

**JOB DETAILS**

A male residing in Bethlehem needs a Support Partner for the following shifts:
Monday 7A-10P

Monday 10P-8A (overnight at $13/hour)

Tuesday 730P -8A (overnight at $13/hour)

Wednesday 8A-10P

Wednesday 10P-8A (overnight at $13/hour)

This person loves music, social / community events, and walking on nature trails. He requires assistance in the following areas: shopping, maintaining current shopping list, food preparation, cooking; light housework and laundry; support needed for community activities; assistance with staying connected with family; assistance with maintaining routine and schedule; assistance and continued support with technology. He prefers someone with a calm, easygoing personality and who is a good listener who likes to have conversations.
