Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Provide coaching and instruction in either cheer/tumbling or both.
- Choreograph basic to advanced level cheer routines to compete at two competitions a year. (Acro teachers do not need to do the cheer side)
- Implement behavior management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment
- Teach proper tumbling or cheer education concepts and techniques
- Help participants develop team building skills and work together to acheive a common team goal, while also reaching individual milestones.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Coach or in a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in acrobatics or tumbling spotting (stunt spotting if cheer)
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate individuals of varying skill levels
- Strong communication skills to interact with participants and parents effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 16 per week
