Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and real estate closing statements
- Conduct legal research and investigate facts to support legal proceedings
- Manage and organize case files, including maintaining electronic filing systems
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts for case preparation
- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, courts, and other parties
- Assist in trial preparation and attend court proceedings when necessary

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in legal drafting and case management
- Ability to assist in litigation preparation, including filing documents with the court
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in Mass Tort
- Familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and clerical tasks
- Ability to conduct client interviews and gather relevant information

Pay: From $47,935.89 per year
