Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced ARF Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facility and ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, budgeting expertise, and a passion for providing exceptional senior care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the facility's operations, including staff supervision, resident care, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care provided
- Oversee resident admissions, assessments, and discharge processes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate medical services for residents
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their well-being is prioritized
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive work environment
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to promote professional development
- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and staff members

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the senior care industry is required
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing financial resources
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team
- Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities, memory care, home care, or nursing background is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $44,787.41 - $53,937.52 per year
