**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the distributor team in achieving sales goals by identifying and developing new business opportunities with retailers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributor and existing accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Regularly visit accounts to monitor product placement, inventory levels, and promotional activities, offering support to maximize brand presence and sales.
- Organize and represent Societe Brewing Company at promotional events, tastings, and beer festivals, engaging with the community and enhancing brand awareness.
- Collect and report market feedback, including competitor activities and consumer trends, to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Resolve any customer issues or concerns with professionalism and a customer-first approach.

**Qualifications**:

- A genuine passion for craft beer and familiarity with the craft beer industry in San Diego.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the beverage
