Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed - Upsell products and promote special offers to customers - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Knowledge of jewelry, appliances, electronics, or wireless products is a plus - Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage - Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization. Pay: $15.84 - $16.10 per hour
