**Location**: Manassas, VA

**General Summary**: The Cable Installer is a technician role that provides installation services across multiple platforms in support of head ends, hubs, hyperscale environments, and central offices. Technical responsibilities include working with a team to install various cabling systems to support our customers in the MSO, cable, telephone, data center and communications industry.

**Essential Job Functions**: Complete cabling installation activities with team Complete infrastructure installation activities with team Testing video, RF, coax, fiber and UTP Quality assurance Working as a team

**Desired Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities**: Knowledge/Experience of all cable installation equipment, i.e. tugger, cable jetting machines, and micro-blowers. Should have expert knowledge of identifying cable types, size, and correct installation methods. Able to understand and redline prints and drawings. Display understanding of coiling cables, figure eights, and racetrack methodology.

**Education and Experience**: 1+ years field technical installation and cabling experience 1+ years working with documentation on technical jobs (JCR, SOW, etc.) 1+ years of leading work/jobs in the field

**Physical Requirements**: Must be able to lift 100lbs

Must be able to pass drug screening
