The Counselor/Case Manager will be the family’s primary point of contact and will provide counseling services and comprehensive care to address the presenting behavioral/mental health needs. We partner with families and community stakeholders to build healthy relationships and to help create a positive future. This is a not supervisory position and involves working directly with members and families. The majority of time is spent in homes and the community rather than in an office setting. Responsibilities:

- This position involves counseling and case management and communication with agency partners to promote member progress and development.
- Collaborating with family team members to create support plans that accurately capture the strengths, needs, and culture of the family. (*individually tailored)
- Facilitating CFT/ART meetings (establishing an agenda, setting and maintaining a strength-based meeting environment, staying within timeframes, giving all team participants the opportunity to contribute, holding people accountable for their commitments, and the ability to assist a team in developing a consensus) for members and families.
- Assisting members and families in securing needed community resources. Interacting professionally with other stakeholders Division of Child Safety (DCS), Tribal partners, juvenile probation, and adult probation.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Applicants must be 21 years or older.
- Minimum of four years related work experience or Related Bachelor's degree.
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Reliable transportation is required, including proof of insurance, a vehicle safety check, and an acceptable driving record.
- Counselor: Master's degree/Licensure preferred

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Benefits**:
