Caregiver for Elderly

Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide assistance and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and promoting their independence.

**Duties**:

- Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with medication administration and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper lifting techniques
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as nurses or social workers, to ensure comprehensive care

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care and memory care techniques is highly desirable
- Familiarity with assisted living facilities and their protocols is a plus
- Ability to administer first aid and respond effectively in emergency situations
- Proficient in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
