We are looking for an **Warehouse-Operations Supervisor **to be based at our **Avondale, AZ ** Location reporting to the General Manager**.**

**Job Summary**:
Staci Americas is looking for an experienced **Warehouse Operations Supervisor** to manage and oversee all shift warehouse activities at multiple building sites, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity, with hands-on approach.

**Job Duties**:

- Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas.
- Maintain effective internal controls over product flow and inventory, determining space requirements, ensuring inventory is put away, relocated, and stored accurately according to safety regulations.
- Manage the daily work schedules of fulfillment associates to ensure a smooth and productive operation.
- Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as ensuring there is a safe, clean working environment.
- Plan and coordinate staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
- Train on the safe operation of equipment and the maintenance of material handling equipment.
- Motivate, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff.
- Manage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:
**Knowledge of**:

- Warehousing practices and procedures including receiving and shipping methods, supervision, and accountability.
- Principles and practices of leadership and work management.
- Warehouse-related SOP’s.
- Individual Account work instructions.
- Warehouse processes and procedures.

**Skill In**:

- Make recommendations to the Operations Manager on programs to improve warehouse operations.
- Interviews and recommends associate applicants for hire.
- Manage the 5-S of the facility.
- Training and developing hourly associates.
- Safety.
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Organizational protocols.

**Ability to**:

- Multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding warehouse environment.
- Train and develop hourly associates.
- Learn Staci Americas proprietary Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Understand and ensure compliance with SOP’s, individual account work instructions and other warehouse processes and procedures.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- 3PL: 4 years (preferred)
- Supervising Experience: 4 years (required)
- Warehouse supervisor experience: 4 years (required)
