Nice-Pak Products, Inc. (NP) is the global developer, manufacturer, and marketer of pre-moistened wipes for the consumer market, specializing in personal care, hygiene, household cleaning, and disinfection products.

We are currently looking for a Director, Business Planning based in our Orangeburg, NY, location.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES**:
The Director of Business Planning leads the sales planning team of three at Nice-Pak. The position works closely with all members of the sales team, category team, and chief sales officer to ensure proper planning, forecasting, projections, and results. The position also works closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Transportation teams to ensure best-in-class service to our customers.

This position works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and BT department leadership toward the completion of, but not limited to, the following duties:

- Lead a team of 3 others and coordinate development of customer demand forecasts by item for Supply Chain demand signal. Work with the team to embrace new Blue Yonder software to drive better forecasting. Work to continuously improve the process and accuracy of our forecasting monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Coordinate the development of annual gross sales numbers through a budgeting process. Lead cross-functional team, using shipment history, POS, promotional intel and IRI data to ensure planned volumes meet customer/category growth expectations where appropriate with identification of key drivers. Work closely with CSO on final pass numbers (monthly, quarterly, and annually) to meet company objectives. Final tasks include the preparation of the annual bridge waterfall, sales revenue presentation deck with key initiatives, and sales by customer, by category, and by salesperson. Provide Finance with upload files by item to set the final agreed-upon top-line budget.
- Track and report daily / monthly / YTD sales vs. budget and identify drivers of major variance.
- Develop all quarterly annual revenue projections and work closely with CSO to provide Finance with the latest estimates (LE).
- Oversee the development of monthly/annual invoicing expectations. Work closely with the CSO on monthly invoice expectations (IE) to ensure proper communication/explanation of results.
- Attend Tactical Forecast Review (TFR) meetings with the Supply Chain to review item runouts, tie/improve forecast accuracy metrics, and understand production dates.
- Attend and contribute to all monthly pre-Executive Integrated Business Planning meetings to ensure the accuracy of sales information and prep for the Executive Integrated Business Plan (IBP) meeting.
- Facilitate monthly Sales Huddles and every-other-month Consumer Team meetings by preparing agendas and reporting on sales vs. budget.
- Lead preparation of monthly consumer regional sales reports by providing teams with gross sales and POS data across top accounts by category. Compose divisional intro and consolidate all regional submissions.
- Development and maintenance of Forecasting Team metrics
- Ad hoc reporting for a variety of internal customer and sales planning needs
- Assist CSO and other company leadership with other sales planning or reporting needs, as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- 15+ years of Demand Planning / Supply Chain leadership with a CPG Supplier working with major Big Box, Grocery, and Drug retailers. Deep understanding of Demand forecasting. Team and people leader.

**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE**:

- High MS Office aptitude a must (Power-user in Excel/PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Blue Yonder forecasting software and Lexi/MS D365 ERP a plus

**SALARY**:

- $185,000-$200,000
