Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
- Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
- Provide guests with menus and ensure they are attended to promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Assist in coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or food service environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of guest relations and hospitality practices
