Must be a professional Baker. (No home Bakers )

Lifting 50 lb. bags

Must be able to make following items from scratch

Roll In Danish,

Muffins

Puff Pastry

Pies

Cookies

Cakes (some Light Decorating)

Italian Pastry

Donuts

Frostings

Icings

Run all bakery equipment,

(Ovens, Proof Box, fryolator, sheeters, planetary mixers 30qt, 60qt, 80qt, 140qt)

Inventory Control & Ordering supplies

Sanitization

Must be able to Multi Task

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
