**Responsibilities of a Driver/Material Handler**:

- Safely deliver materials to jobsites using Western Water Works' 26’ Stake bed trucks (Non-CDL).
- Maintain truck interior and exterior.
- Operate trucks, forklifts, banding equipment, tools, and materials in our warehouse safely.
- Effectively communicate with team members to resolve issues.
- Handle, ship, and receive heavy materials in our warehouse.
- Contribute to warehouse processes, activities, and success.
- Provide exceptional client service and support while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

**Work Hours/Shift**:

- First Shift (Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM ~ 3 PM); NO WEEKENDS

**Requirements & Traits**:

- Valid Driver's License and insurability are necessary.
- Minimum of 1 year with a Driver's License is required.
- Pre-employment drug screening is mandatory.
- Willingness to accept coaching and supervision.
- Proficient time and resource management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Compensation**:

- $19/hr to start during the 13-week Driver/Material Handler Introductory Period.
- $21/hr upon full-time permanent employment with Western Water Works (after completing the Driver/Material Handler checklist).
- Enjoy a $1/hr increase upon successful completion of the Assistant Supervisor checklist.
- Further increase of $1/hr upon completion of the Branch Supervisor checklist.
- An additional $1/hr raise when assigned as an Assistant Supervisor.
- Potential to earn $72k/yr as a Branch Supervisor, with greater earning potential in roles such as Project Manager and Director of Sales.
