Position: Fence Installer

**Responsibilities**:

- Fence Installations: Install fence such as wood, vinyl, chain link, and aluminum to industry standard. Will be required to use appropriate tools and equipment, ensuring accuracy and precision in measurements and alignment.
- Material Handling: Handle various fencing materials safely and efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Prepare the work area by clearing debris, marking boundaries, and assessing the terrain for potential challenges or obstacles.
- Post Installation: Set posts securely in the ground, using concrete, to ensure stability and longevity of the fence structure.
- Assembly and Construction: Assemble fence panels, gates, and other components according to design plans and specifications, maintaining quality and craftsmanship throughout the installation process.
- Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on existing fences.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize accidents and injuries on the job site.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, address any concerns or questions, and ensure their satisfaction with the completed fencing project.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain professional and clear communication with all colleagues at all points in time.

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.
- Must be able to lift, push, and carry 50 - 70 pounds.
- Must be able to work in various conditions, including but not limited to heat and cold.

- 1-3 years of experience in fence installation.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Eligibility to work in the US and be fluent in English.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, such as drills, saws, and post hole diggers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and alignment of fence components.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during installation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Commitment to safety protocols and practices to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
- Full-time availability (Monday to Friday + Half-day Saturdays).

Schedule:

- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Half-day Saturdays (during season)

Work Location: Multiple locations.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
