**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to maintain the highest standards of pizza preparation and quality.
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Maintain inventory levels and uphold food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Manage kitchen staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and improve pizza offerings while maintaining our core values.

Qualifications:

- Previous kitchen supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
