**About Succeed ABA**:
Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as **Behavior Technicians (BTs)**. The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support, so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care.

We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

**What is an ABA Therapist - Behavior Therapist?**

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Behavior Therapist uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
- Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
- Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.

**Qualifications**:

- **Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (required)**:

- **Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (required)**:

- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
- Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
- Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on program
