**General Manager Qualifications**:

- Manages staff to provide appealing restaurant service
- Must have Kitchen experience, cooking and managing

- Previous Managerial experience

**Compensation**
- $70,00 to $120,000 depending on ability

**Working Conditions**
- Hours will typically be 50-60 hours a week
- Have the ability to perform all functions in the restaurant
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
- Working with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment, operating phones, computers, and other office equipment.

Our Leucadia Pizzeria and Italian restaurants are known for our specialty pizzas, delicious pastas, entrées, subs, salads, and desserts. Our dine in locations have a full selection of cocktails, wine and local beers on draft.
Locals have been meeting at Leucadia Pizzeria to celebrate special occasions for over 30 years. Open daily for lunch and dinner, our dining rooms can also accommodate large gatherings, wedding rehearsal dinners, family reunions, and corporate lunches. We have one of the largest and most efficient delivery operations in San Diego, offering quick and friendly delivery of our entire menu. Our La Jolla and Encinitas restaurants include large patios, perfect for casual banquets.
