Job Title: Project Estimator / Project Manager

**Duties**:

- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine project requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to develop accurate cost estimates
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and material pricing
- Research and obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
- Evaluate bids and proposals from subcontractors and suppliers
- Create and maintain a comprehensive cost database for future reference
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules
- Participate in project meetings to provide cost-related insights and recommendations
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare accurate and timely cost reports for management review

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of construction management principles
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or discrepancies in project documentation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
