**Description**

This is an experienced roof sales position where your primary focus will be on managing company-generated leads. While self-generated leads are required to some extent, you'll have the opportunity for additional bonuses through a dedicated sales team. Your sales manager will handle the recruitment, hiring, and training of this team on your behalf, allowing you to focus on sales and maximizing your earning potential."

**Training**

At the start of your journey with us, you'll undergo an intensive 5-day training program designed to equip you with the essential tools and resources for success. Our focus is on addressing often overlooked aspects of roof sales processes, including understanding various roofing systems, navigating insurance claims and supplements, and engaging with commercial clients. During the training period, we'll provide you with shirts and any other necessary gear to ensure you're fully prepared to hit the ground running."

**Details**

Pay: Commission and Bonus (Salary potentially negotiable after 90 day review)

Experience level:

- Minimum 6 Months of Experience

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work setting:

- Hybrid work

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
