**About NextDay Inspect®**:
The inspectors at NextDay Inspect® are responsible for providing an excellent home inspection experience to the clients and a well-written home inspection report.

The inspectors at NextDay Inspect® are not responsible for marketing, advertising, scheduling, or following up with the clients and agents. The office team handles the administrative and marketing components to ensure the inspector can focus on their core duties, which are to provide a thorough and detailed inspection.

At NextDay Inspect®, we strive to encourage the growth and development of home inspectors within our company. Our approach is to allow the inspector the flexibility to set their availability, which enables us to book inspections around when they are available. Inspectors can travel from their residence to the assigned inspections. The inspectors are not required to visit the office daily and can complete their inspection reports from the convenience of their home.

**Requirements**:

- Home Inspector License in State of Residence,
- Relevant College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience,
- Ability to Prioritize Effectively,
- Meticulous Attention to Detail,
- Excellent Phone and Face-to-face Communications Skills,
- Ability to Explain Both Verbally and in Writing the Observations and Defects Found,
- Good Knowledge of the Principles of Home Systems,
- Comprehensive Knowledge of the Functionality of Mechanical and Electrical Systems,
- Excellent Task Management and Follow-up,
- Ability to be Flexible and Adaptable,
- Ability to Remain Calm Under Pressure and in the Face of Adversity from Clients or Agents,

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform Residential or Commercial Property Inspections According to the Company Guidelines,
- Obtain High-Quality Images at Assigned Home Inspections Detailing All Defects Found
- Prepare Home Inspection Report with Comments, Observations, and Repair Recommendations,
- Perform Assigned Continuing Education for Expanding Knowledge of Home Inspection Services for Clients and Agents

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
