Professional Rocklin based Property Management company is currently hiring a **Regional Property Manager**. The position is responsible for a portfolio of Apartments and Mobile Home Parks with an Association Component.

Duties for this position include but are not limited to asset oversight, recruiting, building and training team members, financial administration to include budget creation and implementation, review and approval of invoices, variance reporting, vendor correspondence, coordinate special projects, maintain property files, travel to communities (some may require overnight accommodations), etc.

**Reports to**: Director of Multifamily Division

**Hours**: Full Time

**Requirements for the Regional Property Manager**:

- **Residential Portfolio Experience a must.**:

- **Apartments Experience a must.**:

- Mobile Home Park experience preferred.
- Valid Real Estate License (or obtain within 1st year of employment)
- Valid CA Driver’s License and Insurance
- Must pass background and credit screening.
- HOA experience preferred.
- 3 years of On-site Residential Management Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- **AppFolio Property Management Software, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook experience is preferred.**
