**Minimum Qualifications**:
Minimum Requirements:

- Firefighter I
- Meet Part Fire 701 of the NH State Fire Code
- Current CPAT Certification or Career Lateral Transfer
- Licensed EMT, AEMT* or Paramedic* (*preference given)
- Passing a Criminal and Motor Vehicle Background check as well as a Medical Evaluation and Drug/Alcohol Screening
- Within 1 year of hire:

- AEMT, CDL Class B with Tank and Airbrake endorsements and Firefighter II, all paid for if needed.
- Residency Requirement within 30 miles
