**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, assisting them in selecting the right vehicle.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory, promotions, and financing options.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
