Marathon TS is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer to be part of an established team supporting our federal client in Washington, DC.

Our Digital Modernization Division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public and private-sector clients. We have the expertise, agility, and commitment to design, build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support all aspects of our client's business.

**The Team**

Supports the DoS modernization effort to automate all business processes within the department's cloud ServiceNow Platform. The team follows Scrum methodology to support the CICD release methodology in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department.

**The Work**

**Description**

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the implementation of ServiceNow CMDB solutions to ensure compliance of Configuration Management processes and policies.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
- Full Stack Developer Engineer who can handle all the work of databases, servers, systems engineering, and clients.
- Adept at developing front-end portal, back-end console development.
- Experience with programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and supporting libraries, JSON.
- Formulates and defines system scope and objectives.
- Prepares detailed specifications for programs.
- Responsible for maintenance of licenses and certificates across the ServiceNow platform.
- Experienced with Change and Release Management processes.

**Secret Security Clearance Required**

**Certifications**:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Active Certified Application Developer

**Required Skills**:

- 5+ years of development experience with an active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- 2+ years of CMDB, Custom App Development and ITSM experience
- US Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
- Must have active Secret Clearance
- MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S) as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Integration experience (SOAP, REST, and JSON as well as JDBC and file imports).
- Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the management of users, groups, and roles, CMS Development, ACLs, business rules, workflows, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary, and catalog items Orchestration and Discovery experience a plus.
- ServiceNow Developer Certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience conducting ServiceNow instance upgrades.
- Certified in two or more additional mainline certification, with preference for CIS - Client and CIS - Service Mapping

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
