Photoshoot Producer

As a Freelance Campaign Planner/Photoshoot Producer, you will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of our fashion campaigns, from initial concept development to final execution. You will work closely with our creative team to ensure our brand vision is effectively translated into captivating visual content.

**Key Responsibilities**

Campaign Planning
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts for fashion campaigns.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each campaign.
- Coordinate with designers, stylists, photographers, models, and other key stakeholders.

**Photoshoot Production**
- Plan and manage all logistics for photoshoots, including location scouting, set design, and scheduling.
- Ensure all necessary permits and contracts are secured.
- Oversee the photoshoot process to ensure it runs smoothly and stays on schedule.
- Maintain high standards of quality and creativity throughout the production process.

**Post-Production Coordination**
- Work with the post-production team to select and edit images.
- Ensure final deliverables meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate the release of campaign materials across various channels.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a campaign planner and photoshoot producer in the fashion industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and industry best practices.
- Flexibility to travel and work on-site as required.
