In our healthcare as a Service (HaaS) model, we put the employee first and our financial success is driven by delivering better health outcomes.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a** Healthcare Data Analyst** to champion market intel in the healthcare industry.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Analyze Healthcare claims and rates.
- Build a catalog of providers, rates, rate types, ect.
- Yield analytics on converting reference pricing along with per visit to fixed.
- Model approaches to healthcare providers in various markets.
- Model in initiative and discount assumptions.
- Model IRR of various projects.
- Perform basic “actuary like” assessments for internal review and decision making.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Minimum of 3 year’s U.S healthcare insurance-related work experience.
- Experience within a Commercial Health Insurance Company or brokerage is required.
- Current Procedural Terminology (CPT codes).
- International Classification of Diseases (ICD) codes.
- Strong knowledge and proficiencies within data management systems and analysis tools.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in health information systems, mathematics, or relevant field.
