We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Swim Instructors to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching students of all ages and skill levels how to swim and improve their water safety skills. - Conduct swim lessons in accordance with our curriculum and guidelines
- Provide instruction on proper swimming techniques and water safety
- Create a safe and supportive environment for students during lessons
- Assess students' abilities and adjust lesson plans accordingly
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all swimmers in the pool area
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress

'''Experience'''

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Previous experience as a sports coach or instructor, preferably in swimming or related activities 2 _year (perferred), 1 year (required)_
- Lifeguard certification is a plus, but not required
- Passion for teaching & working with children and LOVE being in the water
- Ability to educate and engage students of all ages
- Fantastic customer service, detail oriented, able to work independently, self-motivated and confident
- Experience working with students with different learning abilities
- First Aid/CPR certified
- Min of 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

Availability:
We have various shift times available and are looking for individuals who can work afternoons, evenings, and some mornings. We prefer applicants who can commit to working at least 10 hours per week on a consistent weekly schedule based on their availability.

Commitment:

- Must be available from May - August. Training begins April 13th (potentially sooner)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
