**PT Pastor (or Director) of Youth Ministries and New Connections**

To work with the Executive Pastor with general church marketing, run our new person and welcome ministry, and more specifically work to build a vibrant youth program that follows the mission and values of the church.

**Role**

The role of the Youth Pastor/Director is to provide oversight to the youth program (7th-12th) and Young Adult Ministry (high school graduates and up). This role will spend a large amount of time building a Christ-centered discipleship program and curriculum that helps the youth of the church grow in their relationship with Christ.

The role of the New Connections Pastor/Director will be to welcome new visitors, run our welcome team, follow-up with new members, and assist with general church marketing.

Other pastoral care or administration opportunities may or could be added with experience.

**Work schedule**: 3-7 hours/week with possibility for additional responsibilities

We are looking for a self-starter and visionary to help build these ministries. The responsibilities of this role will follow the needs of the church and will be assigned at the direction of the pastors.

**Job Type**: Part-Time

**Pay**: $20-$30 dollars an hour (based on experience) or a yearly stipend with contact can be agreed on.
