**Position Summary**:
The ideal Direct Care Professional will use their training, experience, and solution-oriented mindset to create exceptional experiences for clients seeking happier, healthier, and more connected lives. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal care, routines, and household chores.
- Providing reminders and support with daily tasks.
- Communicating changes and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
- Reporting to the Client Care Coordinator.

**What We Offer**:

- **Starting pay at $20.00 per hour**

*** - Full Time, Part Time, Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends.
- Guaranteed hours for qualifying employees after 90 days.

**Location and Commute**:

- Serve clients in the greater Phoenix area.
- Travel between clients and mileage reimbursement provided.

**Qualifications**:

- Enjoy working one-on-one with clients and continuously learning new skills.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and perform job-related duties.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care.
