Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (North Austin)

We are a high volume personal injury (mostly car wreck) firm and looking to hire a new litigation attorney. This attorney will be working on a high volume docket. This is a great long-term career opportunity with lots of potential for growth and is ideal for someone who wants to be a top level attorney. No experience required but 1-2 years in personal injury litigation experience is preferred.

**Responsibilities include**:

- All aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Help resolve client issues as they arise.
- Take direction from managing attorneys and execute assignments in a timely manner.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Required: JD and must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
- Must have valid TX driver license.
- 1-2 Years personal injury litigation experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

**Competencies**:

- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Excellent work ethic with the drive to "get the job done".
- Must be approachable and able to communicate effectively with professionalism.

**Attorney Compensation & Benefits**:
**Litigation Associate I**
- $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 DOE.
- Bonus structure evaluation and opportunity for raises end of Q4 of 2023.
- Annual raises are to be expected with good performance.

**Path to Partnership**:

- Associate (4-6 years tenure)_
- $80,000.00 - $100,000.00+ (Salary & Bonuses)
- Paid TX State Bar Dues
- Paid CLE Courses
- Paid TTLA & CATLA membership dues
- **Student Loan assistance after two years' tenure**
- Senior Associate_ (Qualifications for Consideration: 4-6 Years with Firm or Upper-level management tenure)
- $125,000+ (Salary & Bonus)
- Same benefits as Associate andCompany car

Additional student loan assistance
- Partner_ (4-7 years with firm and 7-12 years as a practicing attorney)
- $175,000+ (Salary + Bonus)
- Same benefits as Senior Associate andContract with SJ Law Firm which includes additional benefits

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
