**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
- Carry out maintenance activities as needed.
- Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time
- Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices
- Conduct preventative maintenance work
- Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work
- Conduct safety inspections as scheduled
- Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time

**About You**
- You have a high school diploma
- You have at least two years of experience working in a mainteance role
- You have a valid NYS driver's license in good standing issued for more than a year
- You are reliable and organized
- You are a team player

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday - 8am-4pm

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Pay**:$22 - $28 per hour
