**Position Overview**:
As the **Fulfillment Associate** at Daily Harvest, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fulfillment processes and maintaining strong partnerships with our parcel carriers and fulfillment centers. Your **attention** to detail, **proactive** approach, and **expertise** in logistics will contribute significantly to optimizing supply chain efficiencies and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

**What you'll do**:

- Review and approve invoices from our fulfillment centers, dry ice suppliers, and parcel carrier partners
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with our financial processes and promptly resolve any discrepancies
- Place purchase orders for dry ice and dry packaging to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize disruption to the fulfillment process
- Partner with Strategic Finance to ensure we have a long-range dry ice and order forecasts are shared with our fulfillment center and dry ice partners to establish planning on their behalf to successfully manage demand
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with parcel carrier partners to ensure seamless coordination and reliable delivery services
- Monitor daily parcel performance, track delivery metrics, and promptly address any areas of concern to enhance delivery speed and reliability
- Handle order processing inquiries and concerns
- Reconcile order fulfillment for Amazon and Shopify test orders within Netsuite
- Tackle various ad-hoc requests related to operations with a proactive and results-driven approach, effectively addressing challenges as they arise
- Collaborate with relevant teams in project managing supply chain-related projects to drive continuous improvement within the organization

**Who you are**:

- Ability to analyze data related to fulfillment operations, including invoice details, purchase orders, and delivery metrics, to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Proficiency in using analytical tools or software to extract meaningful insights from logistics data
- Clear and effective communication with internal teams, fulfillment centers, dry ice suppliers, and parcel carriers to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of any issues
- Ability to articulate logistics concepts and requirements to team members and stakeholders with varying levels of expertise
- Proven track record of effectively addressing operational challenges and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think critically and propose creative solutions to improve supply chain efficiencies and enhance customer satisfaction
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs in a dynamic startup environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Strategic Finance, Logistics, and Operations, to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives
- Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work culture characterized by teamwork and mutual respect

The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
